This decaf coffee originates from various smallholder farms in the Huila region of Colombia. A rust infestation in 2008 set this country’s production back, but Colombia has recovered to be in the top 5 of coffee production in the world, producing around 10 million bags per year. The country has over 600,000 coffee farms, most of them less than 5 acres in size. This medium-bodied decaf coffee contains notes of toffee and lemon.
