This medium roasted decaffienated coffee starts with a creamy sweetness and citric tanginess and graham cracker tones. This coffee uses the Sugar Cane method for decaffienation process.
This decaf coffee originates from various smallholder farms in the Huila region of Colombia. A rust infestation in 2008 set this country’s production back, but Colombia has recovered to be in the top 5 of coffee production in the world, producing around 10 million bags per year. The country has over 600,000 coffee farms, most of them less than 5 acres in size. This medium-bodied decaf coffee contains notes of toffee and lemon.
