Shipping policy
SHIPPING
We ship freshly roasted coffee within 1-2 business days of order, depending on roasted coffee inventory. Our standard business hours are Tuesday-Thursday 8AM-12PM (Central Time). Our typical roast day is Tuesday. In the event we sell all of the roasted coffee before your order is placed, we reserve the right to hold the order until the next roast day (e.g. order is placed on Friday, but all of the roasted coffee you ordered is sold, we may hold the order until the next roast day (Tuesday) and fulfill from there.
NOTE: Once your order has been fulfilled by Tierras Planas Roasters, LLC and the shipping carrier has possession, it is out of our hands. The risk of loss passes to you once Tierras Planas Roasters has delivered your item(s) to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or problems once your order has been shipped. If you do have any problems (ie. your package is said to have been delivered, but it’s not there) please reach out to the carrier directly.
Unless specified by the customer, Tierras Planas Roasters, LLC reserves the right to select the carrier for fulfillment. We typically will select the carrier (UPS or USPS) who estimates the fasted delivery time.
